MONIKA DEKIND graduated with Honors from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate degree as a Computer Networking Specialist and is Microsoft and CompTia certified.

Mrs. DeKind is our senior technician with 10 years of IT experience. As a customer service manager, she posses the ability to organize and coordinate the work of the unit and explain instructions and guidelines to others effectively. Her areas of expertise include knowledge of the methods and techniques for setting up various systems, ability to identify and resolve problems associated with operating system malfunctions. As senior technician, she performs IT technician assignments which are recognized as the most complex.

TOM LILLY has over 10 years of experience working in the IT field. He graduated cum Laude from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. Tom's specialties include Linux systems, virus removal, and hardware maintenance and installation.

RYAN WIEGEL provide complex problem solving techniques and troubleshooting for a wide range of computer systems. His expertise includes application design and development as well as overall in-depth knowledge of internal workings of computers. Ryan’s areas of expertise include .NET, Java, AJAX, C# and Visual Basic.
