Ross is eager to learn about networks and infrastructure and keen for communication. He prides himself on his ability to adapt his workflow and making sure the client is well-informed along the way. Ross holds a BA in Psychology and has worked as a Mental Health Professional, a Case Manager, and Assistant Teacher. With these experiences, Ross brings an empathetic, client-first approach to customer service and problem solving, focused on delivering the best outcomes. When Ross is not at work, he enjoys traveling with his loved ones, video games, and playing guitar.
